Christopher Slette

Associate Attorney

Christopher joined Advanced Legal Planning in 2026. Previously, he worked for a law firm specializing in high-net-worth estate planning, business succession planning, and probate. Early in his career he handled a wide variety of litigation issues with a focus on real estate disputes, business matters, construction defects, and personal injury. Christopher’s varied experience gives him special insight into the importance of proper planning to avoid future legal issues. His practice at AdvancedLegal Planning focuses on estate planning, probate, special needs planning, and guardianship/conservatorship matters.

Christopher earned his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school he served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Idaho Law Review, and as a member of the Low-IncomeTax Clinic where he assisted clients in disputes with the IRS. He also interned for Judge N. Randy Smith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before law school, Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Idaho and worked for an international manufacturer of agricultural equipment.

When not in the office, Christopher can be found spending time with his wife and daughter. A native Idahoan, he enjoys skiing, hunting, golfing, and cooking.
