Heather L. Conder is a managing partner at Advanced Legal Planning PLLC. She earned her law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia and is admitted to practice before the U.S.
District Courts, District of Idaho, and the Supreme Court of the State of Idaho.
Heather takes a holistic approach to legal practice, focusing on helping families navigate complex issues such as guardianship, supported decision making, estate planning, and supplemental needs trusts. She also assists clients with trust administration and the probate process, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to achieve resolutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Heather attributes her success to her faith in Jesus and the unwavering support of her husband, who has been by her side throughout her journey. Her proudest achievement is raising her four children. She is also incredibly thankful for her two brilliant daughters in law and cherishes the joy of being a grandmother.
